ADR (Dangerous Goods)

What is ADR?

ADR has been in force since 1968 and makes sure that any dangerous goods transported by road can be transported freely if the goods, drivers, and vehicles comply with its rules.  Transport of dangerous goods needs to be regulated to prevent, as far as possible, accidents to persons or property and damage to the environment, the means of transport employed or to other goods.
